Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking an appointment. By booking with SALO Aesthetics, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms outlined below.

GENERAL TERMS

SALO Aesthetics provides non-surgical aesthetic treatments to clients aged 18 years and over. These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments and services provided in clinic and via our online booking system.

All treatments are carried out by fully qualified practitioners operating under appropriate professional standards and insurance. While we always aim to achieve the best possible outcomes, individual results may vary.

BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY

A non-refundable deposit of 25–50% is required to secure all appointments.
The deposit amount depends on the treatment booked.

  • No appointment is confirmed without payment of the required deposit
  • Deposits are deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your appointment
  • Clients must provide accurate contact information when booking
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent via email

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy.

  • More than 48 hours’ notice:
    Your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment within 3 months
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice:
    Your deposit will be forfeited

NO-SHOW POLICY

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in loss of deposit.

If you fail to attend an appointment without notice, future bookings may require full payment upfront.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to carry out your treatment
  • In this case, your deposit will be lost
  • This policy ensures fairness to other clients and prevents delays in clinic

MEDICAL SUITABILITY & SAFETY

All treatments are subject to a medical assessment. SALO Aesthetics reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

We do not treat:

  • Anyone under 18 years of age (ID may be required)
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding clients
  • Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • Anyone with active infections, cold sores, open wounds or illness
  • Anyone displaying aggressive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour
  • Anyone with unrealistic expectations or psychological unsuitability

MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for providing a full and accurate medical history, including medications, allergies, previous treatments, and health conditions.

SALO Aesthetics accepts no liability for adverse reactions caused by:

  • Undisclosed medical conditions
  • Inaccurate information
  • Failure to follow pre- or post-treatment advice

CONSENT

All clients must complete medical and consent forms prior to treatment.
Treatment may be refused if forms are incomplete or if informed consent cannot be obtained.

Clients must fully understand:

  • The procedure
  • Risks and limitations
  • Expected results
  • Aftercare requirements

TREATMENT & REVIEWS

  • Review or follow-up appointments may be offered where clinically appropriate
  • Complimentary reviews or top-ups (if applicable) are time-limited and subject to clinical judgement
  • Missed review appointments may result in the loss of any complimentary adjustments

RESULTS & EXPECTATIONS

Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Some treatments may require multiple sessions to achieve optimal results.

REFUND POLICY

We operate a strict no-refund policy on:

  • Completed treatments

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Remaining balances are due in full on the day of treatment
  • Accepted payment methods may include:
    • Cash
    • Debit/Credit card
    • Bank transfer
    • Klarna
    • Payment via Fresha

RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT

SALO Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if:

  • It is unsafe to proceed
  • Medical information has been withheld
  • A client behaves in a threatening or inappropriate manner
  • Treatment is not in the client’s best interest

BEHAVIOUR & ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY

SALO Aesthetics operates a zero-tolerance policy toward abuse, harassment or intimidation.
Inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of treatment and refusal of future bookings.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

Clinical photographs may be taken for medical records, safety, and audit purposes.
Images are stored securely.
No photographs or videos will be used for marketing without written consent.

CHILDREN & PETS

For safety and infection control:

  • Children are not permitted in the clinic
  • Pets are strictly prohibited

GIFT VOUCHERS & DISCOUNTS

  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months unless otherwise specified
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and must be presented at appointment
  • Vouchers are void if resold

COMPLIMENTS & COMPLAINTS

Client feedback is always welcomed.
